Greetings delegates,
I’m Kim Moon, a senior in CIA First, and it is an honor to serve you as the President of the International Court of Justice.
Having been involved in both MUN and debate, I understand the fear and excitement that come with the committee sessions. As the president, I am more than excited to guide each delegate and foster a warm environment where all delegates can muster the courage to share ideas and feel confident participating.

Greetings, fellow delegates.
My name is Virak Cheamuny, and I am in grade 10 at CIA First. This will be the first time I will be chairing the ICJ and chairing in general for MUNs. And I must admit I am very excited yet quite nervous. But as your vice president for this conference, I hope that I can make ICJ a fun, engaging committee, as, during my time in ICJ, I have grown very fond of it, and I hope that everyone will truly enjoy ICJ, as I did. And finally, I would wish you all delegates the best of luck and hope that this conference is a success.
