Greetings delegates, and welcome to the Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural Committee!
My name is Bunsophanyka Soeng, but you may call me Ka. With CIACAMUN being my 14th conference, I would like to emphasize what an honor, and privilege it is, to be able to chair this committee along side my Deputy Chair, Vincent.
This committee is an essential subsidiary of the United Nations General Assembly, and our highlighted topics are sensitive ones at that.
This requires consistently respectful discussions, thoughtful initiatives, and constructive feedback throughout all 3 days of this conference.
I look forward to seeing all the solutions you will write, the points you will raise, and the friends you will make along the way!

From The Deputy Chair
Greetings distinguished delegate, my name is Vincent — a senior at East-West — and I am beyond honored to serve as your deputy chair for SOCHUM.
This conference marks the beginning of my fourth year of MUN as well as my 14th conference in Cambodia, and my 5th time as a chair. I know that many of you will feel nervous heading into this year’s CIACA MUN, especially if you’re a first-timer, but I hope that any and all delegates who are willing to rise up to the challenge will find this committee a memorable experience.
