Greetings Delegates,
Welcome to the Disarmament and International Security Committee! My name is Kimnai, and I am currently a senior at CIA First International School. I'm truly honored and excited to serve as your Chair at this year’s CIACAMUN.
Throughout my whole MUN journey, I fully understand the difficulties that delegates face, whether that'd be burnouts that are often derived from overwhelming anxiety and uncertainty or having to represent foreign stances that may conflict with one's personal beliefs. But, I can assure you that you will be okay! I will put in my best effort into supporting you throughout the conference in any way I can, so please feel free to contact me through email or telegram (@kimnyez) !!

Hello everyone,
My name is Puthimean Pith, and I am a Grade 12 student at CIA First International School Chbar Ampov. Some of you may recognize me from previous MUN conferences, perhaps as your chair or as a fellow delegate debating alongside you. Nevertheless, I hope you will all remain diplomatic, follow the Rules of Procedure, and contribute to fruitful and engaging debates throughout the committee. I can confidently say that the topic DISEC will be discussing at this conference is both timely and fascinating, and I'm sure many of you already have some knowledge of it.
If you're a first time delegate, welcome to MUN! I know your first conference can feel intimidating because I've been in your shoes before, and I completely understand how it feels. Everyone starts somewhere, and every experienced delegate was once a beginner. I hope CIACAMUN V will be one of the most memorable conferences you attend, and serve as the foundation for many successful conferences in the future. To all delegates, don't be afraid to ask questions.
